I, Dr.NAGULAPELLI MAHESHCHANDER RAO, is about 65 years and belong to Traditional Brahmin family. My
parents’ are late Sri.N.Rajeshwar Rao and late Smt.N.Amrutha Lakshmi. I am a native of Mancherial Town, and was later, shifted to Hyderabad in 2009. Basically, I was a Mechanical Job Works Contractor in The Singareni Colleries Co., Ltd. But, I had to close my business and completely concentrated on Astrology. I started
my Astro, Vastu Consultation from 1987. In the Singareni Colleries Co., Ltd., there were many problems and financial losses. On 4th September, 1997, the company’s loss was Rs.1200 crores approx. They have
implemented my Vaastu suggestions and after that on 31st March, 1999, that company had gained a profit of Rs.400 crores. With that inspiration I informed the importance of Vaastu to the State DGP, Hyderabad. Immediately, they followed and implemented my opinions and facts about Vaastu. The Police Department primarily changed all Police Stations colour from Red to White.
The above both contexts are my major good experiences and observations.

As per me, Horoscope is a Balance Sheet or Memorandum of Marks or just like City Guide Map or GPS. But, Vaastu is just like vehicle. For smooth journey GPS and Vehicle condition is compulsory. So, Horoscope and Vaastu are just like two eyes of humanmbeings. Without dismantling 90% Vaastu doshas can be rectified. For peaceful, healthy and successful life everyone must follow the Vaastu rules, which is the Natural Law. Any one can’t deviate its Rules and Regulations. I established an Institute ‘Parashara Academy of Astrological Sciences’ which is TS Govt.Regd. and ISO recognized. I am conducting classes in Astrology, Numerology, Vaastu and Palmistry. After completion of the course we are awarding valid certificates to successful candidates.

According to my experience, observation and research from past 36 years in our country
all most all Builders, Architectures are not considering, calculating the effects of Vaastu,
properly. Even most of Vaastu consultants are misguiding the public due to their lack of
proper knowledge. I was also misguided by some consultants and faced lot of problems.
Therefore, by the grace of the ‘God’, to bring the proper awareness in the public,
